Tellica Imaging’s Provider Portal includes built-in access to Visage Viewer, a powerful image-viewing platform. This integration means you and your team can view scanned images from exams and manipulate them using a variety of advanced settings, at no additional cost.

With Visage, your practice will be better equipped to interpret imaging results and make informed decisions about patient care. Visage viewer has been especially valuable for chiropractic offices and clinics that may not have imaging software readily available.

Immediate Access to Reports

Patient reports are available directly through the portal as soon as they are ready. You can securely access imaging reports online without the need to have them faxed or emailed.

Patient-Friendly Reports

Our portal also gives you access to easy-to-understand patient-friendly reports that include anatomical diagrams of the body and glossary terms that may be included in their imaging results. These resources can help you explain diagnostic findings to patients more clearly and support more effective conversations about care plans.

Easy Online Ordering

As part of our provider onboarding process, our Sales Representative will visit your clinic to help configure your account and provide on-site training for your team. It is part of our commitment to providing you with a high-quality, exclusive service.

How does the sign-up process work?

At Tellica Imaging, we take a personalized, hands-on approach to setting up your access to our Provider Portal.

There is no direct sign-up link or phone number because we believe in tailoring the experience to each clinic’s unique needs. We designed our onboarding process for individual providers and clinics to ensure that you receive the right support, security, and setup tailored to your specific needs.

The complete setup process typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. Here is what the sign-up journey looks like.

Initial Interest & Contact

Providers interested in accessing the portal can submit a quick interest form. Once submitted, your request is routed to a Tellica Sales Representative.

Outreach & Secure Sign-Up Form

Our Sales Rep will reach out to verify your clinic’s needs and confirm your identity. You will then be asked to complete a sign-up form that includes required questions from the Intermountain cybersecurity team. Completing this form is critical to ensure your access is fully protected and complies with our system’s strict security standards.

Account Creation & Security Setup

Once your form is submitted, our IT team sends a request to Intermountain’s cybersecurity department. They make sure that:

  • A secure Single Sign-On (SSO) account is created for you.
  • Your credentials are integrated into our Royal EHR platform.

On-Site Portal Setup & Training

After your account is configured on our platform, our Sales Rep will schedule an in-person visit to your clinic. During this visit, they will help you:

  • Activate your login credentials
  • Walk you through portal features
  • Provide live training for you and your staff

This hands-on and personalized onboarding experience is part of our commitment to making sure every providers feel supported and confident using the portal from day one.
