Nannette Berensen is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Clinical Shared Services at Intermountain Healthcare. She is responsible for leading enterprise clinical services including Biorepository, Environment of Care, Imaging, Kidney, Laboratory, Nutrition, Pain Management, Pharmacy, Rehabilitation, Respiratory Care and Sleep, and Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine. Nannette is also the Board Chair and interim CEO of Tellica Imaging, LLC. Previously, Nannette served as the Assistant Vice President of Pharmacy Services and led an enterprise-wide transformation of Pharmacy Services into a shared services model. Prior to this, she served as an Assistant Administrator at Primary Children’s Hospital. Nannette was the opening Director of Pharmacy Services at Intermountain Medical Center. Prior to joining Intermountain Healthcare in 2006, Nannette spent 11 years as a faculty member at the Medical University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy. Nannette earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mass communications, a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Utah, and a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from University of Providence. She completed a specialized residency in drug information practice and pharmacotherapy at the National Institutes of Health.
