In Utah, Tellica Imaging accepts Select Health, Medicare, Medicaid, UnitedHealthcare (excluding non-aligned commerical businesses, e.g., Options PPO), TRICARE, PEHP, Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators (DMBA), EMI Health, BYU Athletics, CorVel Worker’s Comp, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saint’s Worker’s Comp, and Samera Health.
In Idaho, Tellica Imaging accepts Select Health, Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, Blue Cross of Idaho, Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators (DMBA), The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Worker’s Comp, and CorVel Worker’s Comp.
We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) cards. We do not accept cash. You will need to pay for your imaging at the time of your appointment. If any additional funds are owed after your scan, Tellica Imaging will send you an easy-to-pay bill.
To provide the best quality care for you, a doctor’s order is required for any imaging we perform. Please work with your provider to obtain an order and give us a call when you are ready to schedule.
