Doug Greally, MD

Doug Greally is the President and Chief Medical Officer at Tellica Imaging and a board-certified Radiologist. He has been involved in Tellica Imaging since its inception and is passionate about providing high-quality, low-cost, accessible imaging services to our patients. He lives with his wife and children in Park City, Utah.

Doug has gained extensive experience in radiology by working at major medical centers such as Hackensack University Medical Center, UCLA Medical Center, and a rural practice in Idaho.

Doug served as Chairman of the Department of Radiology at Salt Lake Regional Medical Center and was a founding partner of Summit Physician Specialists, the largest radiology group in Utah. Before his role at Tellica Imaging, he served as Associate Medical Director for Imaging Operations at Intermountain Healthcare (2018-2021). 

During this time, Doug and his team worked with Boston Consulting Group on capital asset efficiency within imaging services. The focus on standardization of imaging protocols, exam durations, and patient scheduling resulted in significant improvement in both patient experience and operational efficiency within imaging services throughout Intermountain Healthcare.

Brad Isaacson, PhD, MBA, MSF, PMP

Brad Isaacson is the President and Chief Operating Officer at Tellica Imaging. He leads a group of incredible caregivers who provide accessible and affordable medical imaging services to the community. Brad is a co-founder of Tellica Imaging and he has been critical in developing the processes to facilitate care delivery.

Brad gained valuable knowledge during his tenure with Intermountain Health. He previously served as the inaugural Venture Value Creation Director in Intermountain Ventures (2018-2021) and as a Research Initiatives Manager in the Office of Research (2015-2018). Brad was integral in deploying new technology and clinical guidelines within an integrated healthcare system.

Brad previously served as a lead Research & Development Engineer with Boston Scientific (2011-2013). He and his colleagues created the Captivator EMR, a device distributed globally to help patients with upper gastrointestinal cancer in the stomach, esophagus, and duodenum.

The Captivator EMR is a breakthrough device for endoscopic mucosal resection. It allows clinicians to manage complications with the device still in vivo, provides 360° peripheral viewing without obstructions from the bands used for ligation, and delivers minimally invasive treatment options for patients with Barrett’s Esophagus.

Brad co-founded the Center for Rehabilitation Sciences Research (CRSR) through The Henry M. Jackson Foundation (2011-2018) to help combat-injured service members. He also co-founded the Musculoskeletal Injury Rehabilitation Research for Operational Readiness (MIRROR) organization through The Geneva Foundation (2018-present) to assist military personnel with musculoskeletal injuries. Together, these non-profits have raised over $150 million to advance research and treatment for those in uniform.

Brad has published over 50 peer-reviewed papers and is the inventor of 10 United States patents. He holds Associate Professor positions in Orthopedics at the University of Utah and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Uniformed Services University.

Austin Thornhill is the Operations and Facilities Manager at Tellica Imaging. His role includes partnering with Tellica caregivers, Intermountain Health colleagues, and vendors to ensure successful daily operations and maintenance of physical facilities.

Before joining Tellica Imaging, Austin worked for six years at the City of Hope Cancer Center in the greater Los Angeles area. He helped the City of Hope in designing, building, and operationalizing a new outpatient imaging center that included CT, PET/CT, MRI, and PET/MR modalities. He has worked in various roles, including administrative fellow, growth and development manager, and diagnostic imaging business manager.

Rachel Walton is the Business Office Manager at Tellica Imaging and oversees the revenue cycle, medical records, and scheduling teams. Her primary focus is to ensure the seamless function of operations at Tellica Imaging while upholding the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness.

Rachel’s roles also include volunteering with the Alliance for International Medicine as their Senior Director of Operations. Additionally, she serves on the Education Committee for the Board of Utah Healthcare Executives.
